Fried Crispy Squid
Ingredients :
2kg squid
3 stalks coriander leaves
Serving sauce :
1/2 rice bowl water
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tbsp A1 sauce or L.P. sauce
1 tbsp sugar
2 tbsps fruit sauce ( ji you )
some sesame oil
some pepper powder
Method :
1. Steam squid till cooked, remove & drain well .
2. Deep fry cooked squid till golden brown , drain well .
3. Heat wok with some oil, add serving sauce till boil, pour in crispy squid stir evenly, sprinkle some coriander leaves & serve it hot .
* Take out squid from oil 3 times until no foam .
