Pork Ribs With Champagne

Ingredients :
1 kg pork ribs -> pork chop meat

To marinate : * 3 hrs
2 tbsps water
2 tbsps light soya sauce
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp meat tenderizer
1 tsp bi-carbonate of soda
1 tbsp cornflour
some 5-spice powder
1/2 tbsp ginger juice
1/2 tbsp garlic juice

Serving Sauce :
1/2 rice bowl champagne - white wine
3 tbsps 7-up soft drink
3 tbsps lemon juice
1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsps sugar
1 tbsp custard powder

Method :
1. Clean the spare ribs and marinate, then deep-fry till cooked, remove and drain well.
2. Boil the serving sauce, add in spare ribs and stir evenly.

* Beat the meat so as to tenderise it.
