yesterday was a long time ago...

Steamed Fish Head

Ingredients :
1 fish head
2 stalks spring onion ( cut into cubes )

Seasoning :
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp M.S.G.
1/2 tsbp fermented bean
1/2 tbsp minced garlic
1/2 rice bowl water
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/4 tbsp ginger ( chopped )
1 tbsp preserved soya bean
tbsp minced chilli

Method :
Fragrant the seasoning. Pour the fish head, then steam till cooked, lastly sprinkle some spring onion and serve.
* steam 10 mins - 12 mins

* Marinate with cornflour, salt, M.S.G. -> Fish
* Chopped preserved soya bean, ginger, garlic, chillies
* Fry chopped ingredients , add 1/2 bowl water and dash of wine, 1/2 tbsp sugar,.
* Thicken with potato starch
